Dr. Benjamin Savasky is a distinguished foot and ankle surgeon, double board certified and a Certified Wound Specialist Physician (CWSP). With a profound dedication to trauma, limb salvage, wound care, and cutting-edge research on oxidative stress, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. He also focuses on elective surgery such as bunion surgery, ankle replacements, and limb deformity correction.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience from John Carroll University in 2011, Dr. Savasky pursued his passion for podiatric medicine by earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Savasky’s commitment to research and innovation is evident through his previous roles, including serving as a graduate assistant and student at John Carroll University and contributing to studies at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute. His experience in pulmonary arterial hypertension and asthma research has equipped him with a unique perspective on disease pathology and treatment modalities.
