Shannon Carmignani, DPM

Dr. Shannon Carmignani is a podiatric physician and the owner of Renew Foot & Ankle Wellness Center in Summerville, South Carolina, where she provides comprehensive care with a focus on both nonsurgical and minimally invasive treatment options for the lower extremity. She completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and went on to serve as Chief Resident in a podiatric medicine and surgery residency at University Hospitals Osteopathic Consortium, where she trained in forefoot and rearfoot surgery across major hospital systems in the Cleveland area.

Dr. Carmignani is currently licensed in South Carolina but has also practiced in Ohio in various clinics, hospitals and long-term care facilities, showing her commitment to serving patients across settings. In her clinic, she manages complex foot and ankle conditions in medically complicated populations. Her approach to regenerative therapy is shaped by a strong foundation in biomechanics, surgical training, and patient-centered care.
