Chicago · Heel Pain
Heel pain treatment in Chicago.
An ultrasound-guided evaluation to find what is causing your heel pain, then regenerative options aimed at the source.
Heel pain has a cause. Find it first.
Plantar fasciitis — inflammation and degeneration of the thick band of tissue along the bottom of the foot — is one of the most common causes of heel pain. Pain and stiffness at the back of the heel and ankle can instead come from the Achilles tendon.
Every plan starts with a hands-on exam plus review of any imaging to pinpoint the true source of your pain. When rest, orthotics and other conservative measures aren’t enough, regenerative treatments can target the damaged tissue directly.

Learn moreHeel Pain in Chicago — common questions
What is the most common cause of heel pain?
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. A physician examines you and reviews any imaging to confirm the source before recommending treatment.
Do I need surgery?
Not necessarily. Our physicians specialize in non-surgical regenerative options and will only recommend surgery when it is truly the right answer.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your consultation is free, and you will get specific numbers for your own plan before you commit to anything. Most consultations begin as a telehealth call.
Does insurance cover it?
Regenerative treatments — stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, PRP, peptide therapy and BMAC — are not covered by insurance, and we do not bill insurance for them. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds where their plan allows it, and CareCredit and Affirm Pay-in-4 are available at checkout. See financing and our published prices.
