How we use text messaging, and how to stop it.

These terms apply to text messages sent by Regenerative Lower Extremity Institute.
Program description
When you give us your mobile number — on a form on this website, in the chat assistant, or over the phone — you agree that we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment, and your care. Typical messages include appointment scheduling and reminders, replies to a request you submitted, and follow-up after a visit.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving treatment. You can ask us to contact you by phone or email instead at any time.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your enquiry and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and then stop. Opting out of texts does not remove you as a patient and does not stop phone calls or email you have asked for.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or the contents of your messages with third parties for their marketing. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Not for emergencies
Text messages are not monitored around the clock. Do not use text messages for a medical emergency. If you have an emergency, call 911.
