Chicago · Regenerative Medicine
Regenerative medicine for the foot & ankle in Chicago.
Stem cell, exosome and peptide therapy for foot, ankle and lower-leg conditions — physician-led, in-office and without surgery wherever possible.
Using your body’s own biology to heal.
Our providers use your body’s own biology — stem cells, exosomes and peptides — to treat foot, ankle and lower-leg conditions without surgery. Stem cell therapy uses regenerative cells to support the repair of damaged cartilage, tendons and soft tissue. Exosome therapy applies the signaling factors cells use to coordinate repair to tendons, ligaments and areas of chronic pain. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body and support recovery as part of a broader protocol.
Many lower-extremity problems respond best to more than one regenerative approach, so your physician may combine modalities into a single protocol designed around your condition, anatomy and goals. Treatment is delivered precisely to the site of injury under ultrasound guidance — in-office, without surgery.

Learn moreRegenerative Medicine in Chicago — common questions
Is regenerative medicine surgery?
No — most of our treatments are performed in-office, using your body’s own biology, without surgery.
Which treatment is right for me?
After examining you and reviewing any imaging, your physician will recommend the best-fit approach — sometimes one modality, sometimes a combination.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your consultation is free, and you will get specific numbers for your own plan before you commit to anything. Most consultations begin as a telehealth call.
Does insurance cover it?
Regenerative treatments — stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, PRP, peptide therapy and BMAC — are not covered by insurance, and we do not bill insurance for them. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds where their plan allows it, and CareCredit and Affirm Pay-in-4 are available at checkout. See financing and our published prices.
