Dr. Edmond Medina Hernández is a podiatric surgeon with more than 25 years of experience, practising in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. He completed a fellowship in Lower Extremity Deformity Correction & Microsurgical Limb Reconstruction at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, and works within the department of surgery at Doctors Hospital.

He specializes in orthoplastic surgery, nerve microsurgery, muscle flap techniques and skeletal stabilization, as well as reconstructive surgery with nerve transfer to reduce phantom pain, chronic pain and the formation of neuromas.
